Our main aim in terms of disease prevention, risk reduction as well as improving healthspan and lifespan revolves around helping each of our clients understand the role and importance of exercise, nutrition, lifestyle, as well as age, gender and genetic factors, to what we call the four horsemen of disease, which are:

- Cardiovascular and atherosclerotic disease (ASCVD)
- Neurodegenerative diseases
- Metabolic illnesses
- Cancer


Our main aim in terms of preventing and treating dysfunction and disorders to the musculoskeletal system by means of exercise and physical activity is to get each customer exercising the right way. A sedentary lifestyle, faulty movement patterns and bad posture are the main culprits for discomfort and pain in our joints, muscles and connective tissue, that, if left untreated, will often lead to reduced mobility and range of movement, forced inactivity, reduction in muscle mass and strength, and an increase in ACM risk factors.

At ACTIVATE, we are qualified to work with clients and patients who are looking to live better, healthier and longer lives, not by just doing what's right, but by doing what's right for them! No two bodies are the same, and that's the approach we provide at Activate Personal Training & Health Coaching. We provide each of our customers with personal training session and/or a training plan that adjusts to their needs when it comes to exercise type, frequency, duration, and intensity.
