The Team
We only work with a small handful of the finest personal trainers in Barcelona. All of which are qualified by reknowned certification bodies like INEFC or ANEF and guarantee each customer a wonderful personal training experience and fantastic results.
After completing our intensive 6 month internship training program each personal trainer is conversant with our training methods, and is able to fully analyse your posture, physical performance and neuromuscular integrity as well as capable of performing kinetic chain and other functional assessments.
