We can come to you…this saves you valuable time! You can also access our private studios in Barcelona and Sant Cugat del Vallès.

Next to that you will get all your training results presented in a monthly overview, which compares your current body composition (muscles, liquid and fat percentage) to the values measured a month before. This way we make sure you have reached your goals and that you are always on the right track.

What to expect

After your free initial consultation and target setting, your personal trainer plans, prepares and guides your workouts. Exercise programs and intensity are always adapted to your personal preference, your current physical condition and the type of exercise your body needs. As mentioned before we take regular measurements to make sure you are still on track. Each session starts with a 10 minute warm-up and ends with assisted stretching. We bring all the necessary equipment with us.

1 Hour Personal Training Package
