What to expect

After your free initial consultation and target setting, your personal trainer plans, prepares and guides your workouts. Exercise programs and intensity are always adapted to your personal preference, your current physical condition and the type of exercise your body needs. As mentioned before we take regular measurements to make sure you are still on track. Each session starts with a 10 minute warm-up and ends with assisted stretching. We bring all the necessary equipment with us.

Therapeutic Fitness

Therapeutic Fitness is developed to support physiotherapy treatment. The aim of this method is to recover chronic soft tissue aches in a safe and effective manner. A functional rehabilitation specialist provides the patient with specific symmetrical and asymmetrical exercises to rebalance muscles, tendons and ligaments.
