Our starter programs have a duration of either 21, 30 o 90 days, during which the frequency and length of training sessions are fully adapted to your individual needs.

Sports Performance Programs
Our sports performance training programs provide a combination of in-person coaching as well as online tools and content, so our athletes always have data, supervision and guidance within reach. Each program includes either 30, 90 or 180 training, coaching & physiotherapy sessions.
- PREP-30 — preseason sports performance program for elite athletes and talents.
- PERFORM 90 — on season sports performance program for maximizing performance and reducing injuries.
- PERFORM 180 — full season sports performance program designed for all-season peak performance and injury prevention.
