Personal Fitness & Lifestyle Coach

For all our (international) clients Active-8 now offers the luxury of having your own personal coach for fitness & health-related subjects such as exercise, nutrition and lifestyle coaching. Over time, we found that people who added coaching to their training enjoyed far better results, than those who only did training. Coaching completes the cycle, it takes place outside the training moments when the person is more receptive to the abundance of informaion. Therefore it proves to be more effective than coaching during training.

We have integrated coaching within the services we offer.

  1. New clients get two free fitness coaching sessions with fitness and lifestyle coach Sascha Rado. Every two weeks, you will receive a 20min coaching call to have an in-depth discussion on subjects like nutrition, sleep & stress-management, fitness- and wellness, goal setting, self-motivation etc.
  2. For those who want to enjoy the benefits of a personal fitness & lifestyle coach but are not doing a specific training programme with Active-8 can get coaching via a monthly payment plan. This includes an extensive exercise plan based on the fitness pyramid, complete nutritional analysis (metabolic typing), sleep cycle analysis and of course goal setting and bi-weekly coaching sessions via skype with Sascha Rado.
